Process

First of all, we need to switch on the power, then switch on the compressed air source and adjust the pressure reducing valve to make the air pressure reach 0.5~0.9Mpa. Lift the pressure plate, adjust the pressure of the pressure plate to be suitable and consistent with the height of all pressure plates: adjust the amount of glue to the required size; adjust the paper gap of the pressure plate to the right (generally 2.5mm~3mm); adjust the squeegee to the uniform rubber roller The contact is good; the glue roller drive motor is set to manual state; the glue pump motor is set to automatic state.
After turning on the steam to provide heat to the heating roller, turn on the glue source to supply glue to the glue roller. Start the glue roller drive motor to make the glue roller and the glue roller run with glue. When the surface temperature of the heating roller reaches above 160°C, the paper is fed. When each layer of cardboard enters the bonding dryer and is smoothly dragged, the driving motor of the glue roller is in automatic state, the touch roller is pressed down, and the machine starts to work normally.
After the machine is used up, we can stop feeding paper to the machine. Cut off the glue supply and lift the contact pressure roller. Cut off the steam supply, and close the system in time after exhausting the steam to prevent air backflow. The glue roller drive motor is turned off. If the machine is stopped for a long time, the glue roller, glue roller, glue box and glue supply system must be cleaned. Cut off the power supply and turn off the compressed air source.

For the operation of the gluing machine, choose to let experienced personnel or trained personnel perform the operation. When the machine is working, other unrelated persons should not approach the machine.
