The technological process of producing five-layer corrugated cardboard
First, put five rolls of base paper on the unwinder in a certain direction, and each paper web is preheated by a preheater to heat its surface to facilitate bonding. The corrugated base paper is preheated by a pre-processor to adjust the moisture content of the paper and iron the web before being fed into the single-sided machine.
Then, the corrugated base paper enters the single-sided machine for corrugation, and is coated with adhesive and bonded with the face paper to form a single-sided corrugated board. After the single-sided corrugated cardboard is made, it is sent to the overpass conveyor by the lifting conveyor, and then enters the triple preheater through the brake. Then the two kinds of single-sided corrugated cardboards are respectively fed into the gluing machine and then into the gluing machine for gluing. The cardboard is thermally bonded and then cooled to allow the moisture contained in it to evaporate. After the cardboard is cooled on the conveyor belt, the cardboard is cut horizontally according to a certain specification by a computer cross-cutting knife, and finally sent to the stacker by the conveyor belt and stacked neatly.
Manufacturing corrugated cardboard is a complex one, and there are a lot of learnings. During the manufacturing process, there are many factors to consider. During production, corrugated base paper, temperature, adhesive, speed, etc. are required to be synchronized. If one link is out of control, quality problems will inevitably occur. If the adhesive ratio is not correct, the insufficient temperature of the corrugating roller, pressure roller and heat roller will cause the corrugated board to blister, de-glue or badly bond.
