    The protective device cannot be disassembled except for the maintenance protective device, and the protective device must be installed when it needs to be used for production.
    When the governor is stopped, it is forbidden to adjust the speed, so as not to cause serious wear to the belt

3. Strictly demand the quality requirements of pasting boxes.
    Adhesive alignment should be accurate, and no skew phenomenon should appear.

    No scratches, or leave obvious scratches and stains on the printed surface.

    Clean the machine. No items can be left on the machine. Clean the ground around the machine to make it clear. The moving parts of the machine need to be lubricated with a small amount of oil.

    Adjust the width of the glue box baffle so that the two sides are parallel, so that the semi-finished color box to be produced can be just put down, and the distance between the two side baffles should be less than 1mm from the color box, and then adjust the limit bolts to ensure that each product can be smooth Passed, and no binding phenomenon appeared.
    Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the paste box area to make each product move forward smoothly and ensure that there is no binding phenomenon. After pressing, adjust the auxiliary pipe guide rail and flow wheel to make the size suitable for the paste color box specification.
    Adjust the glue tank and check whether the glue in the glue tank is sufficient. Generally, the appropriate amount is 80% of the amount of glue immersed in the rubber wheel, and then adjust the glue tank and the glue position.
    Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration switch, press the "Run" and "Inch" keys after mechanical adjustment, and press the "Paper" key to debug the machine and check the performance of the machine. If there is any abnormality, take measures immediately.
    After the debugging is completed, put in 5-10 sheets of paper to test the machine, and after confirming all the parameters, the paper can be discharged normally.
